Birthdate: July 23, 2004
Future: Maria will be placed in a long term care Home. She is on ARV's but doing well.
History: She was found abandoned near a church. The Priest found her and provided care for her, but when he found out that she was infected, he brought her to us. He does visit her quite regularly. Social Welfare will not allow a man to adopt a female child.
UPDATE: December 7, 2007
Both Maria and Philip were transfered to St. Lucia Nursing Home today, they have built a new place just for the children. We will go and visit them once they are settled
