History: Her mother left her when she was two weeks old, with her mother. She hasn't been seen since! The grandmother has done a very good job of caring for her and she is a chubby 7 month old. However, the grandmother is HIV+ and developing some of the symptoms of AIDS such as swelling in her legs. She cannot continue caring for Angel forever with her health problems.
