September’s Slipping By!

It is so nice to have a nurse on staff now! Salimu got his thumb slammed in a door and she took care of that. Now Jackson has oral thrush, vomiting and a bad chest. She is caring for that. However, Batilda the nurse, is off on Thursdays, so I hope no babies get sick on Thursdays!
I was holding Rebecca this afternoon and she is so sweet. Smiles a lot and looks all over just as a six month old should, but still the size of a newborn–she is edging up toward 9 pounds though.
The builders have been moving the small rocks that go into the cement for the slab. Should start pouring tomorrow.
I am taking time to start up an old hobby of mine–cross-stitching. My eyes aren't as good as they were, but can still manage. Decided to start a hope chest for my future grandchildren!
