Simon’s Birthday

Yesterday Ned and Emily put on a raucous party for Simon's 3rd birthday. They had cupcakes, hats, bubbles and loud music, which they danced around the room. This was also the last day that Tom, Anne and Olivia would be with us, so everyone joined in the fun.
Simon has a TZ family in Dar waiting to adopt him, but as always, the paperwork is being held up in the Commissioners office. How I wish that things could be streamlined for these waiting families.
