I took my mother, Clara and Judy to visit the Preemie Unit at the Mt. Meru Government Hospital today. The moms were in a room nursing their babies when we arrived and were so friendly. I had taken some little knit hats, blankets and some ambu-bags for the unit.

This morning our medical group learned about using an NG tube for feeding and also about how to give injections. Then the babies came to clinic and we got to practice what we had learned by giving immunizations. I really love to learn this way–hands on.
